Toys of the 90s

I was a child of the 90s. I was born in 1985 (which makes me 27) but I grew up in the early 90s. I was too young for Take That, My So Called Life, grunge and Marc Jacobs but I was of a perfect age for the following toys! I decided to post this after a friend of mine put a link to 90s toys on his facebook page. I was surprised to see how many of them I remembered. There were 50 in total but some of the toys were late 90s (which rules me out) and some were very much boys toys (which also rules me out).  So here were the ones that I remember.....
I had a few of these but I remember having a white one that I really loved. The tiny toys were not designed to last very long but they became an obsession between my friends. I know that at one point I had one of the oldest pets amongst my friends. Looking back now I wonder what we actually saw in them as toys. They were annoying, banned in schools and very little fun. However, we all had one! I don't think anyone would be too bothered with them today though - given that we now have the most incredibly game consoles and things with internet on them.
I don't remember who owned these in my household but I have an idea that they might have been my sisters. Not that this stopped me from borrowing them and skating around the house on them. I think they must have been my sisters because I remember my feet being way too big for them and never fitting.
I had totally forgotten about this as a toy until now. I had a few of them. I know there was one like this one with some form of weird timer on it and another one that was a lot more basic. These things caused so many bumps, bruises and scrapes over the years! I would attempt to use it, get tangled, fall over and report back to the house with messed up knees. Two hours, one plaster and some squash later and I would be back outside doing it again!
Gak. This was a thing that came into our lives around the same time that American TV did. I normally wouldnt have played with such a thing but you couldn't resist the awful farting noises it made when you pushed it around in the tin. Gak only lasted a while though because the same thing that made it fart, also made it pick up things off the carpet and sooner rather then later the thing became horrifically disgusting.

I had this exact toy. My grandparents and my parents would take me and my sister to a field around the back of their house to play with this and kites. It was such a simple idea based on velcro. It was also such a hang-over from the 80s in the 90s new rave colors it hurts! I know we also had a yellow one as well which I think lived in Ireland in our later years.....

Man......I miss the days were a bit of velcro on a plastic plate and a tennis ball could keep you entertained....
